Shipping & Returns

Delivery is made within 3-10 working days. Should a delay occur, you will be notified immediately.

The shipment shall be at the customer's expense and takes place as insured sending per DHL within Germany and Europe. On request, the shipping is also possible in other countries - where appropriate, to extra costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

For deliveries within Germany a flat rate of € 5.00 will be charged.

For delivery within Europe, the fee is 13,00 €.

For shipments that go to Switzerland and other EU countries, we charge a flat fee of 25.00 €.

Other additional charges incurred basically assumes the purchaser.
