Validity and acceptance of the contract

By placing an order the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. Any deviating conditions of the buyer are not accepted, except otherwise agreed in writing. Our offer is a non-binding offer and a purchase contract is only through the acceptance of the seller by the delivery of the confirmation e-mail about.
After sending a color map, hand-pattern or pattern item to the customer and the selection of these in material, size, color and quality, the order is binding.
All products with text and images shown should only be manufacturing examples and do not claim to be complete.

Prices and payment

Prices do not include shipping costs within Germany. The shipping cost please refer to the respective offer. Payment is by cash in advance by bank transfer, cash on the spot or Pay Pal within 7 days. In exchange / cancellation the deposit is repaid in the same manner as the payment. If necessary. subject to additional costs for expenses, duty and customs fees on contractual partners outside the EU, notably Switzerland.

Order

Orders can be placed via online shop, e-mail, telephone, fax or letter. When ordering you will receive an order confirmation, including the amount to be paid including shipping costs in addition identifies the goods ordered. Each order must be paid for in advance.
Our contract text is provided exclusively in German / English language.

Delivery, shipping and costs

Delivery is made within 3-10 working days. Should a delay occur, you will be notified immediately. The shipment shall be at the customer's expense. He is by DHL within Germany and Europe. On request, the shipping is also possible in other countries - where appropriate, to extra costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
For deliveries within Germany a flat rate of € 5.00 will be charged.
Other additional charges incurred basically assumes the purchaser.
For delivery abroad the actual shipping costs are exclusive of VAT.

Warranty

In general, the statutory warranty period of 24 months. For warranty covered defects only if the goods right from the beginning is not the usual use or condition, such as material defects. Slight deviations from our pictures and descriptions are possible, but do not represent defects, because it is finally at hand work and leather is a natural product (leather color or quality samples can be pre-sent) is.

Exchange and return costs

You have the possibility to return the goods within 14 days after receipt. Goods please send in an undamaged condition and with sufficient postage to us. Orders made to measure and custom built, personalized goods are non-returnable. An extra ordered for the customer color outside the standard colors black and dark brown (color patterns you like in advance sent as desired) can not be returned.

Transport risk

Complaints about obvious transport damage must be claimed directly against the relevant transport company within the time schedule for the customer. However, this does not apply to latent defects.

Payment

Payment shall be made without deduction.
The payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or Paypal and cash on pickup, delivery possible.
Payment is due within 7 days, otherwise the right of claim for delivery.

Packaging regulations
